How we use Google Calendar data
Limited Use disclosure for AppointmentJump, a product of Stakkivation LLC.
AppointmentJump is an AI phone receptionist for home-service businesses. After you connect Google Calendar in Settings, the receptionist checks your busy times and writes confirmed appointments onto the calendar you pick. This page describes that use under the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use.
What we ask Google for
calendar.readonly- list calendars you can write to, and read free/busy so we do not offer a time that is already taken.calendar.events- create an event when a caller books, and delete that event if the appointment is cancelled.
We do not request Gmail, Drive, Contacts, or other Google products. We do not read the full contents of unrelated events beyond free/busy needed to avoid double-booking.
How we use that data
Google Calendar data is used only to:
- Show you which calendar the AI should use, and save that choice.
- Offer real open slots during a phone call.
- Create an appointment on your calendar after the caller confirms.
- Remove that appointment if you cancel it in AppointmentJump.
We do not use Google user data to serve ads, to train foundation models, or to build unrelated profiles. We do not sell Google user data. We do not transfer it to third parties except as needed to run AppointmentJump (for example our hosting and database providers) or if required by law. Human access is limited to providing the service, security, and support you request.
What we store
We store an encrypted OAuth refresh token, the calendar id you selected, and connection health. Booking records in AppointmentJump (name, phone, address, time) are our own records of the appointment, not a copy of your entire Google Calendar.
How to disconnect
In AppointmentJump, open Settings, then Integrations, and reconnect or disconnect Google Calendar. You can also revoke access at Google Account permissions. After revoke, we cannot read or write your calendar. Contact [email protected] to request deletion of stored tokens.
