Data Processing Addendum

When AppointmentJump (legal entity pending) processes personal information on behalf of Customer in providing the Service, we will: (a) process only to provide, secure, and support the Service; (b) not sell or share that information for cross-context behavioral advertising; (c) not combine it with other data to build advertising profiles; (d) require subprocessors to protect it appropriately; (e) assist with consumer requests where applicable; and (f) delete or return Customer personal information on documented request after termination, except where retention is required by law.
